General
We may from time to time change the rules that govern your use of the Site. Your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, the Site from time to time including, but not limited to, content and equipment and/or software needed for access or use.
Copyrights, Trademarks and Other Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, and written and other materials that are part of the Site are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled, or licensed by GCC. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in and to which are owned by GCC.
All other trademarks, service marks, product names, and company names or logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Any use of such trademarks, service marks, product names, and company names or logos, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of same without the prior written permission of the owner of same, is strictly prohibited.
COLOR ACCURACY: We will match your print colors as close as possible to the final art on file.
Color references must be provided for print, embroidery and garment color matching. We cannot guarantee a perfect match. We will not be held liable for any errors in matching color, or loss of any kind in matching color, nor will we refund goods based on color matching. If there is any doubt about color matching, we recommend ordering a sample and/use CMYK color codes for best printing results.

Artwork Requirements
- All submitted files must be in 300 DPI or in Vector format.
- Accepted raster files are: .JPG, .PSD, .PNG
- Accepted vector files are: .EPS, .AI, .PDF
- Files submitted in low quality (non-vector, below 300 DPI) are subject to art preparation and editing fees.
- Artwork design should be sized to the physical print size
- All text must be converted to outlines
Artwork Design & Preparation
- Art not supplied in ready format is subject to design fees.
- Design typically takes 48 hours to complete, however it is subject to the detail of each project.
- Design time should be accounted separately from the turnaround time of an order.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Custom T-Shirts and Other Custom Orders
All Custom Orders or any other custom items sales are FINAL. No refunds/exchanges will be issued.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped by (Regular Post Mail) USPS or by (Ground, Express or Next Day) UPS in the United States ONLY unless otherwise expressed in writing to G Custom Creations.
Partial Shipping: Some products that are ordered together may ship separately.
Payments, Return, and Refund Policy
Payments
A $30.00 fee will be applied for any returned checks. Any fees, legal or non-legal, occurred in the collection process will be charged to the party responsible. Orders placed using credits cards/debit cards are subject to this policy.
No international orders will be accepted.
Proof Approval
Proof approvals (written/email) are required on all orders before any production may begin. Proof Approval constitutes acceptance and full responsibility for all errors, omissions and legal and ethical compliance of proof. G Custom Creations will not accept liability for errors or omissions overlooked by customer during proof process. Upon approval of the proof the client assumes full responsibility for the entire balance of the project.
Deposits, Invoices and Payments
A 50% deposit is required on all orders before production can begin. The remaining balance is due at delivery. No refunds on orders already placed.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time may very, base on quantity, time of deposit and approval depending on when you place your order.
Taxes
Any non-profit with an up-to-date tax exempt form on file will be the only customers eligible for tax exemption on orders. This means that the payment type (card or check) needs to match the tax exempt form. Individuals purchasing products with personal payment types (cash, check or card), regardless if products are being given to a tax exempt entity after production, will incur tax.
Order Cancellations and Returns
Personalized items may only be canceled prior to production. A 30% restock charge will apply on canceled orders (prior to their production only).
We strive to satisfy our customers and will make every effort to correct our mistakes. Decorated items cannot be accepted for return unless defective, damaged or incorrect items received. If the order matched the approved order sheet, no refunds will be given.
